Brett had first reached out to me following a property listing I had, which I had planned only as a 5 day listing. After it came off the market Brett and I had met and discussed the property, when I advised him that I was not going to move forward at that time. Brett had sent out a video to me explaining what was taking place in the area with real estate, which peaked my interest and I reached out. He was professional and expeditious providing me the necessary material and working with me to coordinate timing. Greatest thing Brett did was listen and follow through. My husband and I had the great good fortune to have Brett as our realtor while buying our home in Hinckley. We lived on the West Coast, and started to look with Brett while we were in the area, and he quickly understood our preferences and tastes. We first met Brett at an open house. We sought him out to show us some additional properties for sale in Medina. He responded promptly and showed us numerous properties. We decided to pursue building as an option. He again did an exhaustive search for us and showed us many lots for sale. Brett helped us immensely through this process and was a tremendous resource and fountain of knowledge. Once we secured the lot, he was instrumental in helping us find the right builder. He took me to several builders and helped us get through this process. We have since built our dream home. He has been an invaluable resource for helping us to understand many of things of which we had little knowledge. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and is a lovely human being. Recently, we have reached out to him again, to help find my in-laws a home as well and once again have had a very positive experience with him. We can't say enough about his work ethic. Brett is an absolute pleasure to work with. His knowledge, experience and responsiveness made an otherwise laborious and complicated process much more efficient and less stressful. Brett does not hesitate to help his clients, even when it involves issues that go beyond typical realtor duties. As just one example, I purchased a rental property, and Brett picked up and setup my cable/internet equipment on my behalf since I was not local and able to do so before renters arrived.
